Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, to over 180 countries! When you fill out your address in the checkout section of the website, you will see a list of countries. 

The price for shipping to each country will be calculated and displayed before you finalise your purchase.

 

How much does postage cost?

The shipping cost is calculated after you enter your address into the checkout. This is done before payment, so you can check the cost before you buy. 

If you live outside of the EU, please note that you may be liable for additional Customs/Duty or Tariff charges which may be incurred when the goods enter your country. These vary depending on your location, e.g. Canada residents should expect to be contacted by Citilogistics Customs broker to clear their parcels. These charges are non refundable.

Unpaid Customs/Duty charges may result in your goods being returned to us or destroyed. We accept no responsibility for costs incurred by returning, refunding or replacing your order in such cases.

We are IOSS compliant. If you live within the EU, this means you don't need to worry about additional VAT or duty charges, so long as your order remains under the threshold of €150.00 EUR.

For orders placed over this amount, you will still be liable for VAT and any additional customs/duty charges on top of your order value, as this charge will not be collected at checkout. 

By purchasing from us, you accept that you may need to pay such charges.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

That depends on your shipping location. We currently ship items from the UK, so general delivery estimations from the date of dispatch are: 

UK: 1 business day
USA: 4-7 business days
Europe: 4-10 business days
Australia, Canada, New Zealand: 4-7 business days
Rest of World: 5-14 business days 

Hawaii has an extended transit time of up to 31 business days. 
PO Box addresses may take up to 21 business days. 

(Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays). 

These are only estimations provided to us by the courier, and in some cases may take longer due to postal delays. Please be aware that delivery timeframes are the courier's aim, and not a guarantee. 

Please also allow up to 3 business days processing time after you've placed your order. During busy times (e.g. the Christmas holiday period), it may take us up to 10 business days to process orders before dispatch.

When your order has dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation to let you know it's on the way. 

If you purchased a tracked shipping method, your tracking number will be included with your shipment confirmation. 

 

 

My delivery is taking longer than expected. 

Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed, but it may be worth checking the website to see if there is a pre-order item in your order. If there is no pre-order item, and it hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, there may be problems with the delivery such as an error in the shipping address, Customs checks taking longer than usual, or something else. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by such events that fall outside of our control.
